Ceramic walls and adjustable temperature
The ceramic walls and airtight seal allow this kamado to reach noticeably higher temperatures than a standard charcoal barbecue. The upper and lower air vents control the airflow, and therefore the temperature, with precision. This gives you good control across grilling, smoking and low-and-slow cooking.
Built-in thermometer
A thermometer in the lid lets you read the cooking temperature without opening the BBQ, so the chamber stays stable.
Warranty
BASTE provides the following manufacturer warranties: 10 years on the ceramic parts, 2 years on other components, 1 year on the thermometer and 6 months on the gasket. Natural weathering of timber and bamboo parts is not covered if it does not affect the BBQ’s function. To extend the life of the unit we recommend a dedicated BASTE protective cover.
