Returns Policy
At Ashton Furniture we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order according to the conditions below.
We operate a transparent and fair returns policy in accordance with applicable European consumer legislation.
Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal within the European Union.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.
Upon receipt and approval of the returned product, a full refund, including any standard shipping charges, will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
• The product is in original condition
• The product is unused and undamaged
• The product is returned in the original packaging

• The product shows no signs of use that go beyond what is necessary for assessment
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be partially refused or reduced in value.
Exceptions to Returns
Certain products may be excluded from return for hygienic or technical reasons if the seal has been broken or the product has been used intensively.
In addition, specially ordered or custom-made products cannot always be returned, unless there is a defect or manufacturing error.
Return Procedure
To request a return, you must first contact our customer service.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Name with which the order was placed
• Reason for return (optional)
• Any photos of damage or defects
After approval of your return, you will receive further instructions for the return process.
Returns without prior notification may be delayed in processing.
Return Costs
The costs for returning a product are in principle borne by the customer, unless:
• The product was delivered defective
• The wrong product has been delivered
• There is transport damage
In the above cases, Ashton Furniture offers an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair or refund.
Damaged or defective products
If your product is delivered damaged or defective, we request that you contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
In that case, we may ask for photos or additional information to quickly and correctly assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The refund is always made via the same payment method used for the original order.
Large Appliances and Specialized Returns
For large household appliances, the return process may differ due to transportation and logistics requirements. In some cases a specialist return or collection can be organised.
This is always done in consultation with the customer to guarantee safe and careful handling.
