At Ashton Furniture strive to process and deliver every order as efficiently, safely and carefully as possible. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure consistent and professional delivery within the UK.

Processing of orders

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after confirmation of payment. Once your order has been processed, it will be transferred to our logistics network for shipping.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

The average delivery time is 10–14 working days, depending on the product, availability and logistics.
For larger equipment and specialist products, delivery may require additional time due to transport, handling and planning.

We only deliver within:
• the UK

Postage Costs

We offer free shipping within the UK on orders over €50.
Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout if applicable.

Delivery of major appliances

For large household appliances we use specialized shipping to prevent damage during transport. This allows delivery to be more careful than with standard packages.

In some cases, delivery can be made by appointment, depending on the type of product and transport requirements.

Delays

Although we do our utmost to deliver within the stated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

• Transport conditions
• Customs or distribution processes
• Unforeseen external factors

We proactively keep customers informed of significant delays.

Tracking & Communication

After shipping you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your order.
If tracking is temporarily unavailable, this means that the shipment is still being processed within the logistics network.

Not at home upon delivery

If you are not present during delivery, the carrier may schedule a new delivery attempt or deliver the package to a collection point, depending on the carrier.
